New Delivery Customers

We are excited to announce our Free On-Demand Pickup and Delivery service!  Available Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 4:00pm for customers in the 40207, 40220, 40222, and 40242 zip codes.  If you live in a different zip code, use our Contact Us page to let us know you're interested and we'll get back to you.

How does it work?  (Already have an account, click here.)

1. Get your order together.  We can do dry cleaning, laundered shirts, household items (comforters, sheets, etc.),  and even your regular everyday laundry.
   
   
2. Create your account by clicking here.  You will enter your email address and then click Register.  A verification code will be sent to your email address (check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the code within a couple minutes); enter that and you are in! 
     
3. Create your profile which includes your name, address, mobile number, and starch preference.  Add a credit card and you are ready to go.  Please enter your mobile number so we can contact you via text.
   
   
4. Click Schedule.  Enter the number of items and any notes you might have.  Click Schedule Pick-Up.
   
   
5. If done between Monday - Friday between 9:00am - 4:00pm, we'll text/call you within 1 hour to schedule the pickup.  Before 9:00am, we'll contact you by 10:00am.  After 4:00pm, we may not contact you until the next business day.
   
   
6. For the first pickup, we ask you to be there so we can agree on the pickup/delivery location in case you are not at home for future pickup/deliveries.  We'll take your order and get to work.
   
   
7. We will process your order and deliver it back in two business days.  We'll also include a free bag that you can use for you future orders.  We can also include a laundry bag for your everyday laundry if you want.
   
   
8. Relax.  Your laundry is done and you never had to stop by the cleaners.  Or even leave your house!  You do life.  We'll do the laundry!
